LVT Tempering Line
Description:
This machine is mainly to prevent LVT from deforming due to high temperature after the paint is cured. After passing through the UV roller coating line, LVT directly enters the tempering line. It first passes through the high temperature zone of 40 meters, then passes through the 15 meter normal temperature zone, and then through the 15 meter cold water zone. At the end of the machine, the water is absorbed and dried to complete the entire process.
Specifications:
This machine uses 304 stainless steel, which will not rust due to water corrosion. Nylon conveyor belt or stainless steel mesh belt is used for transportation, which has a long service life.
